96mas Malaysia Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 96mas ("Platform", "We", or "Company") governing your use of the website, mobile platform, and all services provided under the 96mas.net domain.

By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on the 96mas platform, you expressly agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must cease using the 96mas platform immediately.

All financial transactions on the 96mas platform must be conducted through approved payment methods. 96mas supports the following local Malaysian payment methods:

For withdrawals, the minimum amount is RM30 and processing times are typically between 30 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the payment method used. All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific cases approved by the 96mas finance team.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement, except under special circumstances such as match cancellation.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, 96mas will rely on server data to determine the valid outcome.
• Bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous or unreasonable due to a technical error may be voided by 96mas.
• 96mas's decision on any betting dispute is final and binding.
• Minimum and maximum bet values are as specified for each game type and betting market.

For live in-play betting, odds may change in real time as the match progresses. Bets that have been confirmed at specific odds will not be affected by any odds changes after confirmation.

Use of the 96mas platform is subject to a strict code of conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Betting Syndication: Colluding as a group to systematically exploit bonus offers or betting systems.
• False Information: Providing false identity information or falsified supporting documents.

96mas reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to violations of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity, or requests from the relevant authorities.

You may also request to close your own account at any time by contacting the 96mas support team via email at support@96mas.net. Prior to closure, any eligible balance will be returned to you once all rollover requirements have been met and there are no outstanding disputes.

• Accounts closed at a member's own request may be reinstated subject to 96mas's approval.
• Accounts closed due to a terms violation will generally not be reinstated.
• All data from closed accounts will be retained for the period required under Malaysian law before being permanently deleted.

The 96mas platform is provided "as is" and 96mas makes no express or implied warranties regarding the platform's continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose.

96mas shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including but not limited to:

• Betting losses resulting from internet connection disruptions on the member's end.
• Losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes.
• Data loss or device damage incurred while using the platform.
• Transaction delays caused by technical issues on the payment provider's end.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password.

96mas's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the account balance held in that member's account at the time of the incident giving rise to the liability claim.
